Narcological Ambulatory Registrar

The Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction announces a vacancy for the position of Narcological Ambulatory Registrar in Tbilisi.

The Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction is a leading state medical institution in the field, which plays a significant role in the medical sector. It works in both ambulatory and stationary treatment in the field of mental health and addiction prevention. It implements state programs in both psychiatric and narcological fields. The Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction is a development-oriented and active employer in the medical sector of Georgia. Main requirements: - Higher education; - Experience in a similar position;

Main responsibilities: - Registration of incoming ambulatory patients; - Scheduling visits and directing them to the relevant specialist; - Registration and issuance of a certificate of a one-time medical narcological examination and record-keeping; - Registration of certificates issued based on the analysis of narcological examination. - Registration of laboratory analyzes; - Providing medical documentation to relevant structural units; - If necessary, finding and requesting a medical card from the archive - Managing queues; - Providing information on examination results and statistical data to the head of the ambulatory department at the end of the day;

Personal competencies/skills: - High sense of responsibility; - Motivation; - Orientation on details of the work to be performed; - Ability to work in a team;

Working hours: from 10:00 to 16:00. Location: Tbilisi, Kavtaradze's alley #2. Interviews will be conducted with selected candidates.
