Plant Manager

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, and controlling the daily activities of the plant; - Managing the processes of collecting, receiving, sorting, and processing animal fats; - Controlling the efficiency and quality of production processes; - Organizing the work process of employees, distributing tasks, and controlling their execution; - Controlling the movement of raw materials and finished products; - Planning production supplies, necessary materials, and resources; - Controlling the proper functioning of technical and production processes; - Organizing the process of preparing products for export; - Controlling the processes of packaging, stacking, and loading; - Coordination in logistics and transportation processes; - Controlling the production of necessary documentation and reporting; - Timely identification of problematic issues and making relevant decisions; - Regular reporting to management on the plant's work, results, and needs.

Qualification Requirements: - Experience working in a managerial position; - Experience in managing a plant/production will be considered an advantage; - Ability to manage employees and organize work processes; - High sense of responsibility and organization; - Ability to make timely decisions and solve problems; - Good skills in controlling and planning operational processes; - Basic knowledge of computer programs; - A category B driver's license will be considered an advantage; - Experience in the relevant field will be considered a significant advantage.
