Deputy Chef/Cook

The five-star hotel/restaurant chain "IOTA HOTEL TBILISI" located in the city center announces vacancies for Deputy Chef and Cook positions. "IOTA HOTELS" provides the public with high-standard, sophisticated service in a cozy and unique environment.

Deputy Chef

Main responsibilities: - Monthly inventory production - Receiving and storing/sorting products - Compliance with HACCP system standards implemented in the company - Preparation of dishes included in the menu - Constant care for the quality and visual appeal of dishes - Preparation of dishes according to a specific recipe and calculation - Adherence to "IOTA HOTEL" work standards and sanitary-hygiene norms - Preparing the kitchen for work before the start of the process/constant care for a clean working environment - Control of product stock - Pre-preparation of ingredients for dishes - Checking the validity of existing products.

Main requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required - Experience in the hotel/restaurant sector is a priority.

Fixed salary - 1600 GEL + bonus (including bonus, total salary of at least 2000 GEL) Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 2 days off.

Cook

Main responsibilities: - Preparation of dishes included in the menu - Constant care for the quality and visual appeal of dishes - Preparation of dishes according to a specific recipe and calculation - Adherence to "IOTA HOTEL" work standards and sanitary-hygiene norms - Preparing the kitchen for work before the start of the process/constant care for a clean working environment - Control of product stock - Pre-preparation of ingredients for dishes - Checking the validity of existing products.

Main requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required - Experience in the hotel/restaurant sector is a priority.

Fixed salary - 1400 GEL + bonus (including bonus, total salary of at least 1700 GEL) Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 2 days off.
