Receptionist

Clinic Med Diagnostics offers patients outpatient services and high-resolution diagnostic equipment, and is staffed by qualified medical personnel who ensure the high diagnostic accuracy and reliability of medical research results.

Clinic Med Diagnostics is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist.

Work location: Tbilisi, Work schedule: Part-time; Monday to Friday; Remuneration: By mutual agreement;

Job duties:

• Receive patients coming to the clinic in accordance with relevant procedures;
• Determine patient needs and provide appropriate services
• Verify and register identity card data, referral card, insurance policy,
• Inform patients about medical services and costs;
• Issue a cash register receipt, according to the payment receipt for the service fee;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education or student;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Conversational knowledge of English and Russian
• Considered without experience;

• Organized;
• Detail-oriented;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• Communicative;
