Insurance company "Unison" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:30-18:30 Workplace: Batumi Fixed salary + commission + quarterly bonus

Key responsibilities: - Searching, attracting, and establishing long-term cooperation with potential corporate clients; - Conducting negotiations with clients and constantly focusing on sales growth; - Working on the entire sales cycle: from preliminary communication to contract signing; - Offering insurance products tailored to the client's needs; - Identifying additional customer needs and working on new offers with the relevant department; - Constantly informing clients about new products and current changes; - Ensuring participation in tender processes; - Fulfilling sales plans and reporting results; - Market analysis and identification of new opportunities; - Collaboration with marketing and insurance technical teams.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education (preferably in business administration, marketing, or a similar field) - At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the insurance/financial sector) - Experience in negotiations with corporate clients - Strong communication and presentation skills - Sales orientation and focus on results - Knowledge of English and Russian languages will be considered an advantage
