Войти и откликнуться Hogar Properties is expanding its Georgia Sales Team and is looking for an experienced, target-driven Team Leader & Property Consultants – Sales Position Title: Team Lead Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site. Location: Dariali Street (Vake), next to Vake Plaza Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday Salary Range: Up to GEL 5,000 (based on experience, skills & sales track record), plus commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the real estate sales team and Property Consultants.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage and improve the sales pipeline, lead conversion, and closing process.
- Support the team in negotiations, client management, and closing high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and sales training.
- Ensure effective follow-up and high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare and report on sales results, forecasts, and team performance.
- Lead by example and maintain a target-driven, results-oriented sales culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of real estate sales
- Prior experience of working with real estate development companies (off-plan projects)
- Experience in leading a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented
