Junior Supply Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Supply Operations Specialist who combines analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to partner courier operations. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, solving operational problems, and improving processes. You also enjoy working with data - understanding why something is happening, identifying patterns, and using insights to make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions. Whether you're onboarding new partner couriers, monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, or supporting partner couriers through different communication channels, you stay organized, take initiative, and enjoy turning ideas into action. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you. Please note that this position is procured by a third party representing a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not involved in the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to start your career in operations while supporting partner courier onboarding, engagement, performance, and day-to-day operational processes. You'll gain practical experience working with both people and data while helping us create a great experience for partner couriers, restaurants, and customers. Beyond supporting daily operations, you'll also work with engagement, quality, and utilization metrics. You'll help identify trends, improve processes, and support data-informed decisions that strengthen partner courier operations and performance.
