Receptionist

A five-star hotel/restaurant chain "IOTA HOTELS" located in the city center is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist. "IOTA" provides the public with high-standard, sophisticated service in a cozy and unique environment.

Main duties:

• Receiving and accommodating guests according to the standards available in the hotel
• Providing guests with the desired information - about rooms, tariffs, and other facilities available in the hotel
• Registering guests in the system and performing relevant financial operations
• Receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information
• Acting in accordance with the service standards of "Hotel Iota"
• Establishing effective and positive communication with guests
• Building open, sincere, trusting, and caring relationships
• Transferring information to the manager of the reception department at the end and beginning of the working day.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in business administration
• Fluency in English and Russian (interviews will be conducted in these foreign languages)
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• High-level knowledge of computer programs
• Experience working with the "Fina" program is a priority.
