Hotel Marjan Plaza is announcing a vacancy for the position of Receptionist

Work location: Tbilisi, D. Uznadze st. N65

Working hours 09:00 – 21:00 Shift work – 2/2 (two working days / two days off)

Remuneration 1 150 GEL

Main responsibilities - Receiving, registering and performing Check-in / Check-out procedures for guests, in accordance with hotel standards; - Collecting, processing and filling in the relevant documentation with the information required for guest registration; - Managing reservations and updating information in the system; - Receiving phone calls and providing guests with the necessary information; - Settling accounts with guests; - Timely and effective response to guests' requests and problems.

Qualification requirements - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of English (at least B1 level); - High sense of responsibility; - Organizational skills and attention to detail; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Effective communication and decision-making skills.
