Service Center Specialist / Chemist

LLC "Georgian United Water Supply Company" announces a selection of candidates for the position of a specialist (chemist) at the Martvili Service Center of the Samegrelo - Upper Svaneti Regional Branch.

Work location: Martvili, Z. Gamsakhurdia st. №114 Work schedule: Full-time Remuneration: 1,580 GEL (GROSS)

Functions and responsibilities: - Collecting wastewater samples and conducting their chemical analyzes according to standards and methodology; - Carrying out preparatory work related to chemical analysis, while protecting standard requirements; - Operating various devices necessary for chemical analysis, preparing solutions and reagents necessary for analysis; - Taking and preparing samples for further laboratory research and registration; - Evaluating the results of (chemical) analysis; - Keeping records related to laboratory work; - Ensuring the safety of tools and equipment; - Identifying, collecting, storing, and neutralizing waste; - In case of deviation of analysis results from the established standard, transferring information to responsible and managerial persons; - Considering the requirements of international and national legislation related to wastewater quality, safety, health, and environmental protection; - Performing other tasks assigned by management within the competence.

Qualification requirements: - Education: Professional / Higher education; Healthcare; Field of study: Medicine / Public Health / Pharmacy / Nursing; Direction: Natural sciences; Field / specialty: Chemistry; - Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience is desirable.
