Store Manager

The "Fix Price" retail chain has been successfully operating on the Georgian market for 10 years, offering customers a wide range of products, including food, household chemicals, home decor, textiles, and more.

Currently, the company has 10 branches in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, and Rustavi. The network continues to expand and open new branches in various cities.

In connection with the opening of new branches, the "Fix Price" retail chain is announcing a vacancy for the position of Store Manager in Tbilisi and Batumi.

We are looking for: a responsible, intelligent, quick, energetic, and balanced team member.

Job Responsibilities: - Operational management of the store; - Analysis of the store's work and its results; - Organization of the store's work in accordance with approved standards and technological instructions; - Ensuring the availability of technical documentation and permits for the store; - Control and approval of the implementation of planned schedules and graphs; - Ensuring the fulfillment of planned indicators of the store's budget and sales plans; - Ensuring conditions for the conduct of planned and unplanned inventory, inspection, and control recalculations; - Daily planning, organization, and control of teamwork; - Continuous receipt, issuance, accounting of cash funds, strict adherence to the established rules for cash transactions; - Execution of operations for receipt, accounting, issuance, and storage of funds; - Management of the store's commodity stocks; - Formation of orders for goods; - Ordering goods and reflecting their movement in the accounting program; - Sales analysis; - Receipt of goods in quantity and quality using a scanner and 1C program; - Layout of products presented in the trading hall, control of planograms, quality, and expiration dates; - Control of employees' adherence to labor regulations, labor safety instructions, and rules; - Production of electronic tables; - Compliance with standards and regulations governing the store's activities; - Fulfillment of all requirements of controlling and inspection bodies, presentation of necessary documents for verification;

Basic Requirements: - Fluent knowledge of Russian (B2, C1). (Resumes of applicants who do not know Russian will not be considered); - Experience in a similar position; - Experience in managing an object and a team; - Communicative and motivated; - Ability to work independently and in a team; - High sense of responsibility; - Disciplined and punctual; - Fluent knowledge of Russian and Georgian; - Knowledge of office programs; - Knowledge of "retail" programs is desirable (knowledge of 1C program will be considered an advantage); - Higher education is desirable; - High motivation and interest in achieving success.

Work Schedule: 5+2 (five working days a week, two days off) 10:00-19:00; Working hours: 8+1 (eight hours of work - 1 hour of break)
