Dish Issuance Coordinator

Restaurant "Mayis Ezo" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Dish Issuance Coordinator.

We are looking for an experienced, attentive, fast, and responsible employee who will ensure the correct, complete, and timely issuance of dishes from the kitchen to the dining area, in accordance with the restaurant's standards.

Main responsibilities - Receiving ready-made dishes from the relevant kitchen positions; - Verifying the correspondence of the order and the prepared dishes; - Maintaining and controlling the established sequence and stages of dish issuance; - Coordinated collection of dishes for one table order and organization of timely issuance; - Giving the final visual appearance to the dishes according to the established standard; - Adding relevant decorations and final ingredients to the dishes - microgreens, garnishes, and other defined elements; - Controlling the visual standard of each dish before issuance to the dining area; - Controlling the quantity of dishes and completeness of the order; - Verifying additional items and special requests specified in the order; - Correctly transferring dishes to the serving staff according to the table and order; - Constant communication with different kitchen positions for timely and correct order execution; - Timely identification of delayed or incomplete orders and communication with the relevant chef; - Prevention of incorrectly issued, incomplete, or visually non-standard dishes; - Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dish issuance area.

Important: The position does not imply full preparation of dishes. The employee receives a prepared dish from the chef, gives it a final visual appearance according to the established standard, checks the correspondence with the order, controls the correct sequence of dish issuance, and ensures their timely and correct transfer to the dining area.

Qualification requirements - Experience working in a restaurant kitchen - necessary; - Experience working as a Dish Issuance Coordinator or chef - necessary; - Knowledge of the process of preparing and issuing dishes; - Ability to evaluate the visual standard and presentation of a dish; - Attention to details; - Ability to work in a fast and busy environment; - Ability to control multiple tables and orders simultaneously; - High sense of responsibility; - Organizational and operational skills; - Good communication and teamwork skills; - Adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
