Job Description You, as a Cashier-Operator/Pawnshop Evaluator, will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, kind, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interview with the customer, recording their loan request, and familiarizing them with pawnshop procedures and tariffs; - Evaluation of collateral; - Signing of contracts and acts of valuables evaluation; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance of credit in relevant software; - Full or partial repayment of loans and return of valuables in full or in part; - In case of overdue credits, compliance with procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending and cashing fast transfers - Conversions
