Restaurant Manager

Jersey is announcing a vacancy for the position of Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for a candidate with experience who will fully take responsibility for the daily management of the restaurant, effectively lead the team, ensure high standards of service, and promote the development of the restaurant's operational activities.

Responsibilities: - Full management and control of the restaurant's daily activities. - Leadership and supervision of the team (cashiers, chefs, assistant chefs, and support staff). - Compilation and management of employee work schedules. - Search, recruitment, adaptation, and retraining of new employees. - Control of customer service, quality of dishes, and cleanliness, ensuring high standards. - Handling guest complaints and professionally resolving conflict situations. - Control of cash operations and daily reporting. - Inventory control, planning of purchases, and timely placement of orders. - Communication with suppliers and coordination of the delivery process. - Reduction and monitoring of product write-offs and other operational losses. - Analysis of sales and identification of opportunities to increase revenue. - Effective management of courier platforms (Wolt, Glovo, and others). - Distribution of tasks among employees and control of their execution. - Ensuring food safety, sanitary norms, and company internal standards. - Regular reporting on the restaurant's activities to the owners. - Orientation towards continuous improvement of work processes and increasing restaurant efficiency.

Qualification requirements: - At least 3 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager. - Leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage a team. - High sense of responsibility, ability to take initiative, and work in a stressful environment. - Strong organizational and decision-making skills. - Experience with cash operations and creating summaries. - Knowledge of customer service standards and food safety regulations. - Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English languages.

We offer: salary - from 3,000 GEL per month.
