Procurement Manager

Dro Fresh Bar is a healthy food concept bar, our main goal is to popularize healthy and quality food in Georgia.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager.

Only candidates with experience in procurement will be considered.

Job Responsibilities: - Timely communication with existing suppliers - Finding new representatives, constant updating and development of the supplier base; - Visiting suppliers for negotiations when necessary - Entering received products into the program (FINA) - Receiving (correcting) orders from objects and reflecting them in the program (internal transfer - FINA) - activation on the RS portal - Entering sold products into the program (FINA) - activation on the RS.GI portal - Ensuring smooth procurement operations - Controlling and analyzing purchase prices; - Controlling prices of purchased products and contacting suppliers for price adjustments when necessary - Constant control of balances and planning orders; - Weekly control of balances - verification of balances before placing orders - Full entry of products into the program (FINA) - preparation for sale (including new products and calculations) - Accuracy of commodity lists - BOLT, WOL, GLOVO

Requirements: - Experience working with FINA program - At least 2 years of experience in a food object, in a similar position - Existing contacts with suppliers - Attention to detail; - Organizational skills; - Sense of responsibility; - Time management skills

Work Schedule: Full-time Workplace: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely) Salary - depending on experience
