Production Manager

The restaurant chain "Strada" and "Oro" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Production Manager

Work location: Tbilisi; Work rate: Full-time.

Qualification requirements:

• Professional education in the field of culinary arts is desirable.
• Practical work experience in food production
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position

The goal of the position: To ensure effective, safe and high-quality management of the food production process in the restaurant kitchen, in compliance with company standards and applicable sanitary and hygienic norms.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
• Plan and control the food production process.
• Supervise the protection of technological cards (recipes) of dishes.
• Control the quality, taste, visual and portion standards of products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Constantly monitor compliance with sanitary and hygienic norms.
• Control the receipt, storage and use of raw materials.
• Plan inventory, organize inventory and reduce losses.
• Control and optimize food costs.
• Participate in the selection, adaptation and retraining of employees.
• Supervise the proper functioning of kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with the chef and management to implement new menus.
• Prepare production reports and submit to management.
• Analyze customer complaints and respond accordingly.
