Senior Corporate Sales Manager

JSC "International Insurance Company Irao" is announcing a vacancy for a Senior Corporate Sales Manager position in the direction of pension products.

Working conditions: - Location: Tbilisi, Bochorišvili St. 88/15; - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 working hours per week - Remuneration: fixed salary + bonus

Key responsibilities: - Identifying and prioritizing target segments for pension products; - Developing commercial offers tailored to the segment, involving relevant individuals; - Constant analysis of the market and competitive environment, monitoring trends, and forming relevant recommendations; - Establishing communication with legal entities, providing information about the new product, organizing meetings, and conducting product presentations; - Managing the entire cycle of the sales process; - Planning and implementing various activities to sell pension products; - Providing product-related information to the group of sales managers, monitoring product sales, and providing support as needed.

Job requirements: - 2-3 years of experience working with corporate clients in the sales field; - Experience working in the insurance/banking sector will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of office programs (MS Office); - Effective communication and persuasion skills; - Analytical and strategic thinking; - Result-oriented; - Proactivity
