Dar Building is announcing a vacancy for a Real Estate Sales Agent position in Batumi.

Functions and Responsibilities: - Managing processes related to real estate sales; - Conducting negotiations and managing the full cycle of the sales process; - Communicating with potential clients and identifying their needs; - Offering suitable real estate to clients; - Organizing and performing property viewings; - Finding new clients and sales opportunities; - Monitoring the real estate market and prices; - Updating information about clients and properties in the system; - Fulfilling sales plans and KPIs.

Qualification Requirements: - Experience working in sales (preferably in real estate); - Strong communication and negotiation skills; - Sales-oriented; - High sense of responsibility; - Ability to manage time effectively; - Knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory.
