Job Description We are looking for a new team member at Selfy for the role of Network Monitoring Engineer (NOC). Work location: Tbilisi

In this role, you will: - Ensure 24/7 monitoring of telecommunications infrastructure (e.g., base stations and network devices) to ensure stable network operation - Timely identify incidents and respond immediately to quickly resolve them - Coordinate and control planned and emergency technical work to minimize downtime - Analyze network statistics, identify trends, and suggest improvement opportunities - Work in compliance with internal standards and procedures to ensure process efficiency and quality

If this role interests you, it is essential to have: - Higher education in telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field - At least 1+ year of experience in network monitoring - Experience working with network monitoring systems (Grafana, PRTG, Zabbix, or similar) - Experience working with task management systems (ServiceDesk, Jira) - English language skills at a working level - High sense of responsibility - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes - Ability to work independently and manage priorities - Analytical thinking and ability to quickly identify problems - Ability to make operational decisions and effectively manage incidents
