Grass announces a vacancy for: Sales Manager, Auto Chemistry Direction (GRASS Auto / Detail)

The company LLC "Ecoline" is an official dealer of GRASS (auto chemistry) and Detail (premium auto cosmetics) in Georgia. We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to develop the auto chemistry direction in Tbilisi - car washes, detailing studios, car dealerships, and car services. This is a new, growing direction: you will be the first field employee to build this market, and the company will provide you with full infrastructure support. This is a field, active sales position - visiting objects and finding new clients.

What you do: - Search for new clients: car washes, detailing studios, car dealerships, car services; - Product testing on-site and calculating cost savings with the client (our concentrates provide the same or better results at a lower cost - we prove this with tests); - Bringing the first order to regular cooperation and expanding the assortment; - Offering dosing systems to regular clients (installation is provided by our technician); - Collecting market information (new objects, competitors, needs); - Systematic recording of work in company tools (Fina / Asana).

Who we are looking for: - You love the auto theme and understand the car care sector (detailing, washing, auto cosmetics) - this is a necessary condition; - You have sales or client work experience (B2B is a plus, but not required); - You can work with numbers - calculate costs and explain them simply to the client; - You have your own transport (for mobility - delivery is handled by our logistics); - Independence, responsibility, result orientation.
