Currency branches are physical points of meeting with customers, which have a special role in creating the best customer experience. People who come here meet a friendly team that takes care of people and tries to make customers happy.

Job description Main responsibilities - Quality, fast, and qualified service to clients; - Receiving loan requests, introducing procedures and tariffs; - Evaluation of collateral (jewelry), preparation of relevant documentation, receipt, safe storage, and return in full or partial repayment; - Issuance of credit and recording of operations in the software system; - Management of overdue loans in accordance with established procedures; - Quick money transfers and currency conversion; - Performance of branch manager functions if necessary; - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies - Execution of additional operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who has: - Work experience in a pawnshop network; - Experience working with operating systems; - Client-oriented and result-oriented, strong communication, and teamwork skills; - Additional foreign language skills
