Information Technology Specialist

Clinic "Leadermed" is announcing a vacancy for an Information Technology Specialist.

Work location: Tbilisi, Bochua 21 Working hours: Monday to Friday - 09:30 to 17:30;

Main functions and responsibilities: - Monitoring and management of computer systems. - Development, updating and support of IT infrastructure. - Maintenance of servers and other computer equipment - Installation, configuration and updating of software - Optimization and recovery of systems - Technical support of existing software and problem solving - Management of computer networks (LAN, WAN) and internet connections - Ensuring network security - Monitoring of network tools - Providing IT support to employees (passwords, problems with applications and various peripheral devices). - Conducting training on the use of information technology systems (if necessary) - Development and implementation of data security policy - Protection of systems from viruses, malware and other threats - Development of backup systems and ensuring data recovery procedures - Registration and inventory of computer and IT equipment - Monitoring of hardware and software updates - Installation and maintenance of internal IP telephones; - Ensuring the proper functioning of email and various user systems; - Ensuring the proper functioning of surveillance cameras; - Ensuring the proper functioning of digital cards; - Participation in the implementation and execution of internal regulations; - Performance of various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor and coordinator, which are directly or indirectly related to his activities;

Qualification requirements: - Higher education is desirable - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems - Knowledge of Microsoft client applications Office 2013, 2016 - Knowledge of networks - High-level knowledge of computer architecture - Experience working with remote assistance programs - Knowledge of supporting mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment - Knowledge of network security and virus protection systems - Knowledge of English and Russian languages
