The Retail Branch Network Management Department of JSC "Bank of Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cashier-Operator in the following regions: Vani, Bakuriani, Ambrolauri, Marneuli.

In case of employment in this position, you will: - Provide high-quality, fast and qualified service to customers according to their requests; - Perform various operations according to customer requests, such as: currency exchange transactions, cash receipt/disposal/transfer, sending/receiving money transfers; - Provide customers with relevant consultations, offer them tailored banking products and ensure the sales process;

We value your qualification: - Education: Higher (preferably in economics, banking); - Work experience: Experience in the service and/or sales sector is desirable.

Knowledge and skills: - Knowledge of computer office programs; - Customer service skills (politeness, willingness to help customers, attention, correct redirection, error correction); - Language skills: Georgian - fluently; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable; - Effective communication skills: clear and argumentative expression of thoughts; - Effective sales performance; - Performance speed, attention to details, logical thinking, organization, good memory.
