Call Center Operator

Company "DYSON CAUCASUS" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator. Our company's activity is to provide outsourcing services for the installation and supervision of office equipment on the Georgian market. The candidate for this position will have the full opportunity to implement their creative skills and ideas, supported by experienced team members.

We need a person who has:

** Verbal communication skills at the highest level

** Ability to work both in a team and independently

** Ability to work with databases and analyze

** Time management skills

Main responsibilities:

** Telephone offers of the company's services to potential clients

** Conducting the mailing process with interested customers and providing demo photo/video materials

** Sorting and filtering of provided databases

** Production of an information archive at the direct instruction of the supervisor;

** Client surveys - determining satisfaction

Basic requirements:

** It is desirable not to have work experience in a call center.

** Higher education is not necessary

** Knowledge of foreign languages is not required

** At least one workplace where the candidate was employed for more than a year

** Ability to have a convincing conversation and swift communication

Additional information:

** The rate is full, 10:00-19:00

** A cut salary plus a bonus - from 1800 to 3500 GEL

** The office is located in Tbilisi, Didi Dighomi.
