Responsibilities: - Receiving incoming calls from insured persons; - Providing information and consulting to the insured; - Working with the internal insurance program to search and record information; - Other tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements: - Higher education; - Conversational and writing skills in English; - Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office); - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
