Phlebotomist

Raymann Clinic is announcing a vacancy for the position of Phlebotomist,

Main functions and responsibilities: - Safe collection of analytical material for laboratory research, both at home and in the clinic, specifically: - Phlebotomy, venous blood collection; - Capillary blood collection. - Processing, transportation, and supervision of pre- and post-analytical processes of the collected material; - Collection and processing of other biological materials as needed; - Production of medical documentation; - Medical activity in accordance with protocols and standard operating procedures implemented in the clinic; - Compliance with quality and safety standards available in the clinic, within the scope of competence; - Maintenance/operation of laboratory inventory, personal protective equipment, and devices; - Performance of various tasks related to the activity.

Qualification requirements: - Secondary or higher medical education; - At least 1 year of experience working as a phlebotomist and good knowledge of phlebotomy skills; - Experience working with children aged 0-6 years; - Experience with vacuum systems for venous blood collection; (will be considered an advantage) - At least 1 year of experience working in intensive therapy or critical medicine, or resuscitation. (will be considered an advantage)

Knowledge, skills: - Knowledge of basic life-saving methods (BLS training); - English language skills; - User-level knowledge of office programs; - Knowledge of laboratory pre-analytical processes. - Teamwork and collegiality; - Time management; - Communication skills, punctuality, and organization; - Attention to detail, analytical thinking.

Working conditions: Work schedule: 40 working hours per week;
