„Medical World Laboratory“ announces a vacancy for a Medical Representative-Manager position at its Batumi branch. Location: Batumi, I. Javakhishvili St. N28 Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00; Saturday 09:00-15:00 Salary: from 1500 GEL, depending on experience.

Job description: - The Medical Representative-Manager is responsible for representing the company at medical institutions and with doctors in Batumi and the surrounding region, developing new partnerships and strengthening existing cooperation. - The position involves both developing the sales direction and coordinating the branch's operational processes and constant control over service quality. - Regular visits to medical institutions, clinics, doctors and corporate partners; - Professional presentation and promotion of the company's laboratory services; - Searching for new partners, initiating cooperation and participating in the process of signing contracts; - Maintaining and developing existing partnerships; - Fulfilling the sales plan and contributing to market development in the region; - Analyzing the competitive environment, market trends and customer needs; - Coordinating the daily administrative and operational processes of the branch; - Controlling service quality, patient satisfaction and compliance with company standards; - Organizing the activities of branch employees and ensuring effective communication; - Preparing periodic reports for the direct supervisor; - Complying with the company's internal regulations, ethical standards and quality standards.

Qualification Requirements: - Higher education (medical, biological, pharmaceutical, management or business direction will be considered advantageous); - Experience in the position of a medical representative, sales manager or branch manager; - Knowledge of the medical field, laboratory diagnostics or healthcare sector is desirable; - Effective negotiation, presentation and sales skills; - Customer-oriented approach and high sense of responsibility; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; - B category driver's license and active driving experience will be considered a significant advantage; - Knowledge of the medical network in Batumi and Adjara region is desirable.
