Job Description You, as a Cashier-Operator/Lombard appraiser, will ensure: - High-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; - Polite, kind, and warm attitude towards customers; - Interview with the client, recording their loan request, and familiarizing them with the bank's lombard procedures and tariffs; - Assessment of collateral; - Drawing up contracts and acts of appraisal of valuables; - Transfer of received valuables to storage; - Issuance of credit - formalization in the relevant software; - In case of full or partial repayment of the loan, return of valuables in full or in part; - In case of overdue credits, compliance with the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines. - Sending / cashing quick transfers - Conversions - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
