Global Beer Georgia announces a vacancy for a Microbiologist position in the village of Tsilkani.

Main duties and responsibilities: - Collecting samples and conducting microbiological analysis at all stages of production. Conducting repeated analysis if necessary to confirm the reliability of the results; - Preparing and checking microbiological media for analysis according to established procedures; - Registering conducted analyses and informing the immediate supervisor in case of discrepancies; - Cultivating pure yeast culture in laboratory conditions and subsequent stage-by-stage control at the production stage; - Microbiological control of technological processes by testing samples according to the approved testing plan and work instructions; - Complying with labor safety regulations and codes of conduct in the microbiological laboratory and production area; - Working with appropriate equipment and monitoring calibration; - Participating in inter-laboratory testing;

Qualification requirements: - A bachelor's degree in Food Technology is desirable; - Up to 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in food production); - Knowledge of production processes; - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are desirable.
