Job Description You will be a team member responsible for planning and analyzing finances for retail and small/medium-sized business. We work on pricing and profitability, prepare strategies and budgets, manage branch network plans, and analyze the market and competitors. Our goal is to increase bank segments and improve efficiency.

As an intern: - You will help us with financial planning and analysis; - You will be involved in segment financial management: pricing, profitability analysis, strategy development, and budgeting; - Detailed analysis of product profitability, costs, and incentive systems (Retail, Call, MSME); - You will work on branch network plans and front-line incentive/bonus systems; - You will prepare market and competitor analysis reports and be involved in planning and accounting for action campaigns.

Qualifications This internship is for you if: - You are a 3rd or 4th-year student in finance or business administration, or a recent graduate; - You are detail- and result-oriented, not afraid of challenges and new things, and at the same time, you love taking initiatives; - You are fascinated by process analysis and finding ways to automate; - You have a high level of English; - You have a high level of proficiency in MS Office programs (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint); - You are ready to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
