Colin's is announcing a vacancy for the position of Store Manager

General Qualifications and Job Description: Founded in 1983 in Istanbul by the Eroğlu Group, COLIN'S has achieved significant success on the global stage. The brand, which quickly grew after opening its first store in Istanbul in 1986, has made significant progress towards becoming a world brand with over 600 stores in 38 countries, particularly in Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine. We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee our COLIN'S store in Tbilisi City Mall Saburtalo, which enjoys a high reputation for bringing in fashionable products and is desired by the world.

Applications in languages other than English will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities: - Be aware of and strive to exceed the sales targets indicated by the Store Manager; - Develops savings measures and avoids unnecessary expenses under the control of store costs; - Analyzes store sales and informs the Store Manager; - Keeps track of sectoral developments and competitors. Informs the Store Manager; - Manages store inventory within target levels; - By guiding sales consultants, it enables them to achieve sales targets; - Takes measures to increase staff motivation and productivity.

Required Skills: - Experience working in a similar position; - Fluent command of Georgian, English, or Russian; - Good communication skills; - Tendency to teamwork; - Sense of responsibility; - Keeping track of developments in the field of merchandising and product trends; - Having a career goal in merchandising; - Ability to work in a team; - Focus on details; - Computer knowledge (MS Office); - Flexible working hours are suitable.
