Site Manager / Construction Manager

Kotejebi.ge announces a vacancy for a Site Manager / Construction Manager position.

Work location: Construction sites in regions of Georgia · base - Tbilisi

Kotejebi.ge is looking for a Site Manager / Construction Manager who will be responsible for the daily control and management of ongoing construction sites.

We oversee the entire cycle - from permit to handover. You are the one who turns this promise into results on site.

Fixed remuneration 3,500 ₾ per month, bonus based on results up to 800 ₾ per month, business trips company fuel

Key responsibilities - Daily control of ongoing processes at construction sites - onsite and remotely; - Personal presence at key stages on site: foundation/structure, communications coverage, setup and handover; - Monitoring the implementation of work plans and deadlines; - Organization and control of workers' and subcontractors' activities; - Determination of the need for construction materials and control of their timely delivery; - Quality control of completed works; - Timely identification of problems on site and organization of solutions; - Stage-by-stage photo/video reporting - fixing all nodes until coverage; - Accounting for completed works and materials used; - Preparation of periodic reports for management; - Study of the site and determination of its real value - independently, with initiative; - Participation in controlling project budget and costs.

Requirements - At least 3 years of experience working in the construction sector; - Experience in site management or supervision - required; - High sense of responsibility and organization; - Good people management and communication skills; - Ability to quickly assess and solve problems; - Ability to prepare cost estimates - calculation of real material and work costs; - Driving license and personal vehicle - required; - Free computer skills - photo reports, tables, remote communication; - Readiness for regular business trips to regions, including overnight stays.
