Job Description - Provide legal support to the bank's retail and small and medium-sized business divisions, including complex legal issues related to current activities, banking products, services, and business processes; - Participate in the creation and development of new products, services, digital solutions, and business initiatives, and ensure their legal evaluation; - Prepare and review contracts, powers of attorney, legal conclusions, official letters, and other legal documents; - Conduct legal research, analyze legislation and regulatory requirements, and assess the bank's activities, products, and processes for compliance with them; - Engage in communication with regulatory and other authorized bodies, including the preparation of relevant legal positions and explanations; - Collaborate with various bank teams to identify, assess, and develop practical legal solutions tailored to business needs.

Qualifications - Master's degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent) or a Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized foreign university; - More than 5 years of experience working as a lawyer in the banking, finance, or FinTech sector; - In-depth knowledge of private law, including banking and financial legislation, and experience applying it in practice; - Knowledge of labor law and practical experience in litigation or dispute management will be considered an advantage; - Ability to independently research, analyze, and form a clear, substantiated legal position on legal issues; - Ability to connect complex legal issues with business needs and find/offer practical, effective solutions; - Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills; - Fluency in English at a professional level; knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage; - High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively on multiple different issues in parallel; - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make independent decisions and manage complex issues; - Willingness to use AI tools and modern technologies, openness to new ideas, and innovative approach.
