Homex is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Director (руководитель отдела маркетинга)

Who We're Looking For We're looking for a strong Marketing Director who will be able to not only manage advertising, but also create and develop the company's entire marketing system. This position is not just about managing SMM, Meta Ads, or content. We need someone who can conduct in-depth analysis of the business, customer, and market and make marketing decisions based on this analysis.

Key Responsibilities - Create and implement marketing strategy; - Conduct in-depth customer research and segmentation; - Develop project positioning; - Conduct systematic analysis of competitors; - Improve sales funnel; - Increase lead quality and conversion; - Manage marketing budget; - Coordinate external agencies and contractors; - Analyze results according to KPI; - Test new ideas and hypotheses.

Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in marketing; - Strategic thinking; - Strong analytical skills; - Experience in making data-driven decisions; - Good knowledge of branding and positioning; - Practical experience in digital marketing; - High communication and leadership skills. - A big advantage would be - Experience working in the real estate or development sector; - Experience working in international markets; - Knowledge of English.
