KFC announces a vacancy for the position of: Restaurant Shift Manager (city of Kutaisi)

KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is one of the world's largest fast-food restaurant chains, specializing in chicken. The first KFC restaurant was opened in 1952 in the USA, and today it is represented in over 120 countries with around 20,000 restaurants. The first KFC restaurant in Georgia was opened in 2014, and 20 restaurants have already been opened in Tbilisi and regions.

Main functions/responsibilities: - Organizing the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant shift; - Planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the work process of employees; - Managing and coordinating the work process of approximately 20-40 employees; - Motivating team members and providing them with the necessary support; - Correctly distributing work tasks among employees; - Ensuring high-quality service for guests; - Caring about customer satisfaction and quickly responding to emerging issues; - Complying with KFC service standards and internal procedures; - Controlling food preparation and production technological processes; - Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards; - Monitoring the proper functioning of restaurant equipment; - Timely identifying problems arising in the work process and making appropriate decisions; - Caring about improving restaurant sales and profitability; - Complying with the company's internal regulations and safety rules; - Monitoring and evaluating shift results; - Providing work-related instructions and recommendations to employees as needed; - Constantly monitoring the cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance with KFC standards; - Ensuring effective communication with the team.

Qualification Requirements: - Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language, both verbal and written communication; - At least 1 year of experience working in the restaurant business; - Relevant experience and skills in business administration and operational management; - Higher education; - Working knowledge of office programs, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; - Desirable experience in team work and employee management; - Ability to work on a variable schedule.
