Facade Engineer Intern

LLC "Alumeti" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Facade Engineer Intern.

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and technically-minded individual who is interested in developing in the direction of facades, aluminum doors and windows, vitrines, and ventilated facades. This position is designed for a junior specialist who already has practical experience working with AutoCAD and Revit and wants to learn facade design, preparation of technical drawings, and work on real projects with the support of an experienced team. Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo Format: Office, full-time Remuneration: To be agreed upon Languages: Georgian is mandatory; Russian will be considered an advantage.

About the company LLC "Alumeti" works in the field of building facades. The company designs, manufactures, and installs aluminum and glass facade systems, doors and windows, vitrines, ventilated facades, and other facade solutions. Our team works with architects, engineers, developers, and construction teams to select technically correct, high-quality, and practical facade solutions for projects.

What you will learn and participate in

The intern will be gradually involved in the following processes:

• Getting familiar with and analyzing architectural drawings;
• Studying basic solutions for facades, doors and windows, vitrines, and ventilated facades;
• Preparing and processing technical drawings in AutoCAD;
• Working with project models and drawings in Revit;
• Participating in the preparation of facade units, cuts, and details;
• Getting familiar with materials, profiles, and system solutions;
• Preparing simple tables, specifications, and calculations in Excel;
• Assisting in preparing drawings for production and installation;
• Learning the process of coordination with the project team, production, and installation groups;
• Getting familiar with and studying the LOGICAL / ORGADATA program on-site.

Requirements

• Must be a student or graduate in architecture, construction, engineering, or a related field;
• Must have a good knowledge of AutoCAD and practical experience working with it;
• Must have a good knowledge of Revit and experience working with projects;
• Basic knowledge of Excel is desirable;
• Knowledge of additional CAD or engineering programs will be considered an advantage;
• Interest in developing in the direction of facades, aluminum systems, doors and windows, or ventilated facades;
• Technical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to read drawings and think spatially;
• Desire to learn and responsible attitude;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Experience in the field of facades is not required but will be considered an advantage.
