The company "PCShop.GE" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Digital Channels Operator.

Location: Tbilisi, Gldani, Ilia Vekua 42. Work schedule: Full-time (5 working days) from 10:00 to 19:00.

Job description and responsibilities: - Processing incoming requests from communication channels, responding and distributing them to responsible individuals; - Receiving, processing and planning delivery of online orders; - Responding to incoming calls; - Providing comprehensive information about the product to potential customers; - Communicating with customers as needed; - Timely identification and operational resolution of problems; - Reporting on work performed.

Qualification requirements: - Fluent speech and communication skills; - Knowledge of English at a communicative level is desirable.
