Kitchen Supplies Coordinator

Café Stamba is announcing a vacancy for the position of Kitchen Supplies Coordinator.

Work location: Tbilisi, Kostava N14 Employment rate: Full-time

Main responsibilities: - Monitor kitchen product inventory (Par Stock) accordingly; - Monitor kitchen inventory by product expiration date; - Receive, account for, and organize goods only based on the order form (P.O), except for test or new products; - Upon receiving products, check the completeness of the product label, collect accompanying documentation for animal-derived products, and do not accept products without labels; - Check and control the quality of received products, receive directives from the Head Chef and Sous Chef regarding product taste criteria; - Adhere to FIFO standards, ensure that the kitchen uses the earliest received products first; - Receive directives from the Head Chef and Sous Chef regarding product ordering and systematically place orders; - Do not accept expired, damaged, or short-term (less than 1 month) products based on the order; - Daily check the proper functioning of refrigerators, freezers, and display cases in the main warehouse, and inform the Head Chef and Sous Chef in case of malfunctions; - Pick up products from the main warehouse only according to a programmatically closed request form; - Ensure inventory of kitchen supplies on the relevant date provided by the financial department; - Weekly ensure the proper functioning of inventory in storage areas (shelves, containers, thermometers, humidity meters); - Actively participate in the HACCP system, control, and documentation process;

Required skills: - Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage); - Ability to work in a busy work environment; - Sense of responsibility; - Teamwork skills;
