Store Administrator

The "Fix Price" retail chain has been successfully operating on the Georgian market for 10 years, offering customers a wide range of products, including food, household chemicals, home decor, textiles, and more.

Currently, the company has 10 branches in Tbilisi, Rustavi, and Batumi. The network continues to expand and open branches in various cities, including Kutaisi.

The "Fix Price" retail chain is announcing a vacancy for a Store Administrator position in Kutaisi.

We are looking for: a responsible, intelligent, quick, energetic, and balanced team member.

Job Responsibilities: - Daily planning of personnel work; - Analysis of the store's work and its results; - Control of the store's work - implementation of approved plans and schedules; - Ensuring the fulfillment of the store's budgetary indicators and sales plans; - Organization and protection of conditions for regular and irregular inventory, inspection, and control recalculations; - Daily planning and organization of teamwork; - Continuous receipt, issuance, and accounting of cash funds, strict adherence to the established rules for cash transactions; - Execution of operations for receipt, accounting, issuance, and storage of funds; - Receipt and control of Z and X reports; - Control of the store's commodity stocks; - Arrangement and control of product stocks in the trading hall; - Ensuring and control of compliance with the rules for storing commodity stocks; - Receipt of goods in quantity and quality using a scanner and 1C program; - Control of the layout plan, quality, and expiration dates of products presented in the trading hall; - Control of employees' adherence to internal labor regulations, labor protection instructions, and rules; - Control of internal labor regulations; - Adherence to standards and regulations governing the store's activities;

Basic Requirements: - Correct and fluent speech; - Proficiency in Russian (B2, C1) - writing, reading, speaking; - Communicative and motivated; - Experience in a similar position; - Ability to work independently and in a team; - High sense of responsibility; - Disciplined and punctual; - Knowledge of office programs; - Higher education is desirable; - Experience in retail will be considered an advantage; - High motivation and interest in achieving success.

Work Schedule: 2+2 (two days of work, two days of rest) 10:00-19:00; Working hours: 7+1 (seven hours of work - 1 hour); Salary: 1250 GEL per month.
