Remote Employee

The financial company LLC "Sono Credit" announces a vacancy for a Remote Employee position

Training period: 2 to 3 weeks in a branch

Work location: Remote Work rate: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

** Communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing calls

** Identify and resolve customer needs and problems or redirect them to the relevant department

** Maintain effective communication with customers and offer relevant assistance/services;

** Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor;

Main requirements and skills:

** Working-level knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Office, Google Drive);

** Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility;

** Time management and ability to work in a stressful environment

Additional information:
