Corporate Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented person whose main task will be to find new corporate clients, establish long-term relationships with them, and increase B2B sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively search for and attract new corporate clients;
• Establish business relationships with construction, production, service, and other companies;
• Communicate with potential clients via phone, online, and in-person;
• Identify client needs and offer relevant products;
• Prepare individual commercial offers;
• Negotiate prices and cooperation terms;
• Manage existing corporate clients and increase repeat sales;
• Coordinate corporate order processing;
• Fulfill sales plans and analyze results;
• Constantly search for new opportunities and potential clients in the market.

Remuneration and working conditions: - Fixed salary: ₾ 1,200 – 1,700 NET, depending on experience and qualifications; - Bonus: ₾ 1,000 – 2,000, based on achieved results; - Total income opportunity: ₾ 2,200 – 3,700; - Monday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00; - Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00; - Meals: provided by the company.

Requirements: - Experience working in B2B or sales; - Strong communication and negotiation skills; - Ability to independently find and attract new clients; - Focus on results and sales growth; - Ability to prepare and present commercial offers; - Responsibility, organization, and initiative; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; - Driver's license is a plus; - Knowledge of electrical tools, equipment, generators, compressors, or the construction sector will be considered a significant advantage.
