Main responsibilities: - Know the rules of all games taking place in the casino and corresponding payouts. - Know the procedures for conducting each game's process. - Observe all disciplinary, ethical, and hygiene norms established for his/her position. - Appear for work on the days and hours specified by the schedule. - Ensure that all made bets are within the minimum and maximum limits. - Act at card tables according to the casino's established guidelines. - Exchange money for chips and vice versa. - Remind players of the game rules if necessary. - Keep an accurate analysis of bets, players' wins/losses. - Create a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for players with his/her courtesy. - Report any illegal acts to his/her supervisor. - Perform technical and functional gaming duties as outlined by the casino management. - Be able to work with casino equipment (cards, counting chips, shuffles, chip machines, etc.). - Be responsible for protecting confidential information. - Be responsible for keeping the box of cards and chips constantly organized.
