Job conditions:

** Position: Branch Manager. ** Work schedule: Full-time onsite, 10:00-19:00. ** Office address: Batumi, Shota Rustaveli Avenue 25 / Luka Asatiani 1.

Responsibilities:

** Organize, manage, coordinate and control the daily activities of the branch; ** Constantly monitor, analyze and ensure the commercial, operational and financial performance of the branch; ** Organize and develop sales of loans, deposits, card products, transfers, accounts and other banking products; ** Plan the activities of branch employees, set goals, assess performance and manage results; ** Participate in the selection, adaptation, training and development of subordinate employees; ** Ensure high-quality customer service and timely consideration of customer complaints; ** Control the quality of the branch's credit portfolio, organize the process of managing overdue loans and implement appropriate measures; ** Control branch cash operations, cash security and operational processes; ** Ensure compliance with the bank's internal policies, procedures, AML/CFT requirements, National Bank regulations and applicable legislation in the branch; ** Identify operational, credit, financial and reputational risks of the branch and initiate appropriate measures to mitigate them; ** Prepare and submit reports related to branch activities to management; ** Effective collaboration with relevant structural units of the head office; ** Represent the branch in relations with local businesses, partners and corporate clients; ** Identify new opportunities for branch business development and implement relevant initiatives; ** Participate in internal and external audits, monitoring and inspections and ensure timely elimination of identified issues.

Qualification requirements:

Education:

** Higher education (Finance, Economics, Business or related field).

Work experience:

** At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector; ** Including at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position; ** Experience in retail banking and lending.

Professional skills:

** In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services; ** Knowledge of credit processes, credit risks and portfolio management; ** Knowledge of operational processes and cash operations. ** Knowledge of National Bank of Georgia regulations, AML/CFT requirements and banking legislation; ** Knowledge of modern methods of sales management, negotiation and customer service; ** MS Office programs and banking software systems; ** Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language; ** Knowledge of English and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
