Export Intern

JSC "Margveli Holding" is a holding company founded as a result of the union of four large companies by Georgian and Swiss investors, whose creation is closely linked to the long history of success of JSC "Qveali Margveli" (Nabeghlavi, Bakhmaro, Rauxi juices). Currently, "Margveli Holding" consists of four companies - JSC "Qveali Margveli", LLC "Engadi", LLC "Marneuli Food Factory", LLC "Marneuli Agro".

Now, JSC "Qveali Margveli", which is part of JSC "Margveli Holding", is announcing a vacancy for the position of Export Intern.

Work location: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities: - Receiving incoming orders / software reflection, changing and controlling statuses according to established rules; - Providing information to partners about planned production; - Uploading contracts and other accompanying documentation to the common database / sending them to their administrator; - Writing out packaging lists and correcting them if necessary; - Controlling order delivery deadlines; - Receiving information on 6-month and annual plans, processing data and sending it to the relevant department within the specified deadlines; - Controlling accounts receivable; - Preparing documents and reports related to activities;

Qualification requirements - Higher education; - 1 year of experience in the same or similar position is desirable; - Experience working with 1C ERP system is desirable; - MS Office knowledge; - English and Russian language skills at B1 level.
