"Landmarker Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position: Food and Beverage Department Manager for Hotel Marco Polo

Responsibilities:

** Managing and monitoring the daily operational processes of the Food and Beverage department, constant control of service quality and guest satisfaction;

** Effective and coordinated management of the hotel's restaurant, bar, Room Service and banquet areas;

** Ensuring the smooth operation of processes in coordination with hotel management, head chef and responsible persons of relevant areas;

** Developing and implementing a strategy focused on increasing revenue for the F&B department, aimed at growing sales and fulfilling the budget;

** Planning special offers, seasonal initiatives and events in collaboration with marketing and sales teams;

** Budgeting for the F&B department, processing financial reports and constant monitoring of sales, expenses and productivity;

** Effective management of Food and Beverage expenses, including food products, beverages and labor costs;

** Managing the F&B team, evaluating employees, planning work schedules, sharing feedback and caring for employee development;

** Participating in the selection and onboarding process of new employees in collaboration with the HR team;

** Organizing employee training and qualification enhancement to maintain high standards and quality of service;

** Collaborating with the head chef to develop and update menus considering sales, market demand, guest feedback and seasonality;

** Monitoring guest feedback, timely response to problems and improving guest experience;

** Managing inventory and supplies, controlling losses and overruns;

** Managing the purchasing process, initiating needs and conducting negotiations with suppliers;

** Facilitating coordinated action of service and kitchen teams within banquet and special events;

** Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene and security standards;

** Continuous improvement of operational processes in the F&B department and implementation of new initiatives.

Conditions:

** Workplace - Gudauti resort

** Work rate and schedule: full-time, 5 working days and 2 days off

** Working hours: 10:00-19:00

Qualification requirements:

** At least 2 years of experience as an F&B service manager, F&B manager and/or in adjacent positions;

** Experience in managing restaurants, bars, Room Service and/or banquet areas;

** Experience in team management and development;

** High responsibility and quick decision-making skills;

** Strong communication and leadership skills;

** Experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an advantage.
