Restaurant Supervisor

"Gastronome Group" unites a network of gourmet stores and restaurants with different concepts. The company has been successfully positioned since 2019. Its business concept in the food industry is to develop gastronomic knowledge and taste for the public. Gastronome Group is represented by 8 branches of the premium delicatessen store under the Gastronome brand, 3 restaurants - Italian Bistro and Argentine Steakhouse, and Brunch with a healthy menu.

We are looking for an employee for the position of Restaurant Supervisor at Steakhouse By Gastronome.

Functions and responsibilities: - Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant's daily activities; - Implementation and monitoring of high-quality service in the restaurant; - Appropriate response to customer comments. - Constant monitoring and evaluation of subordinate employees, sharing updated information with them and providing trainings; - Daily communication with subordinate employees; - Compiling employees' work schedules and managing shifts; - Observing the corresponding procedures for opening and closing shifts; - Placing orders and controlling stocks; - Controlling and distributing uniform/tableware stocks; - Sending daily reports to management;

Basic requirements: - At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the service sector; - Knowledge of MS Office programs is required; - Perfect knowledge of English, knowledge of any additional language will be considered an advantage;
