Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Poti Job Type: Full-time, 5 working days a week - 40 hours. Working days: From Thursday to Monday, with weekend work on-site, and the rest of the days - remotely. Salary: From 1658 to 2295 GEL (Gross)

Position Overview: The manager independently manages the relevant branch in agreement with the company's central office, through pre-established standards. He is fully responsible for organizing the administrative and academic processes of the branch in accordance with international standards.

Qualification Requirements: - English language communication skills; - At least 1 year of experience as a manager; - Technical and digital skills, including AI tools and office computer programs; - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in educational activities.

Job Description:

1. To ensure high-quality, smooth, and safe educational process: - Organization of the educational process, exams, and current projects at the academy; - Control over trainers' implementation of their activities, ensuring full compliance with their contract, job description, job instructions, and other internal legal acts; - Supervision of training sessions according to the predetermined curriculum, including the thematic content, methodology, and sequence of trainings conducted by trainers; - Management of parental communication groups; - Ensuring student safety.

2. Attracting highly qualified academic staff and ensuring their satisfaction, specifically: - Ensuring the satisfaction of existing academic staff, promptly informing superiors in case of notable issues, and providing new ideas and suggestions to increase staff satisfaction within the possibilities; - Submitting proposals to superiors to attract new qualified staff or enhance the qualifications of existing staff within the possibilities; - Managing the process of new staff recruitment and adaptation.

3. Ensuring student and parent satisfaction, specifically: - Constantly monitoring student and parent satisfaction, identifying notable cases, and immediately reacting and informing superiors in case of any, including minor, dissatisfaction from students or parents; - Providing new ideas and suggestions to superiors to improve student and parent satisfaction within the possibilities; - Periodically participating in quality assessment mechanisms according to one's role, and facilitating the correction of identified shortcomings within one's competence resulting from external quality assessment mechanisms; - Participating in filling out reports at the end of each month within one's competence.
