We are announcing a vacancy for a "Cook" position at the farm's cafe.

Job conditions: Location: Kiketi, 28 Tsxra Dzma Kherkheulidze St. Schedule: 2 days of work, 2 days of rest. Work rate: Full-time. Remuneration: 1800 GEL

Main responsibilities: - Preparing dishes - Preparing dishes according to the menu; - Maintaining recipes and technological cards;

Product quality control - Checking the freshness of raw materials; - Controlling expiration dates and storage rules;

Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness - Cleaning the workspace; - Maintaining sanitary norms (HACCP standards);

Proper use of products - Economical and correct use of ingredients; - Minimizing waste;

Collaboration with the team - Coordination with sous chefs, chefs, and waiters; - Timely preparation of orders;

Use of inventory and equipment - Correct use of kitchen equipment; - Maintenance of inventory;

Portion control - Maintaining portion standards; - Visual presentation of dishes;

Maintaining safety rules - Workplace safety rules; - Safe working in the kitchen.

Required skills and experience: - Work experience: Previous experience in the same position is desirable.

Essential skills: - Knowledge of culinary techniques; - Knowledge of menus and recipes; - Knowledge of hygiene and food safety; - Time management; - Attention to detail; - Teamwork; - Physical endurance; - Stress management.
