Cenomi Retail Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Security Officer - East Point (Tbilisi)

Cenomi Retail Georgia is the official representative of up to 20 well-known brands in Georgia, including: Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Aldo, U.S. Polo, CHARLES & KEITH, Sunglass Hut, Oysho, Zara Home, Parfois, Ipekyol, Kiko Milano and others. Currently, the company operates around 60 stores in Tbilisi and Batumi.

The goal of the position is: to create a safe environment in the store, prevent losses, and respond timely and effectively to security systems. The position involves constant control at the store entrance and active involvement in theft prevention processes.

What you will do: - Position yourself at the store entrance and continuously control the flow of customers; - Respond immediately and effectively in case of security antenna (EAS) sound signals; - Correctly and professionally verify products and customers when fixing signals, while fully complying with the company's internal policies and procedures; - Identify and prevent suspected theft cases in a timely manner; - Work in coordination with loss prevention monitoring officers and management; - Observe, analyze, and provide timely information on individuals with suspicious behavior; - Document and report incidents, violations, and suspicious cases in the established format; - Maintain order, discipline, and security standards in the store - Communicate correctly with customers and provide assistance when needed - Support the use of video control and other technical security means (if necessary); - Perform other tasks assigned by management and the loss prevention team.

It is important to have/be: - Desirable experience working in the security or protection field; - High sense of responsibility and observation skills; - Communication and conflict situation management skills; - Physical endurance and ability to concentrate attention; - Teamwork skills.

We offer: Corporate insurance; Salary - 1500 GEL; Corporate phone limit. Working hours: from 13:00 to 22:00 (5 working days, 2 days off during the week, except Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
