JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” is announcing a competition for the position of Forester

Responsibilities: - Root description and marking of emergency and fire hazardous tree plants in the protection zones of JSC "Energo-Pro Georgia"'s and under construction power transmission lines (including those listed in the Red Book); - Preparation of forest management materials in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia: forest management accounting and separation from the adjacent territory; preparation of forest management accounting documents; preparation of forest management passport and relevant materials; - Preparation of forest management materials in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation for the construction of new networks, if necessary: forest management accounting and separation from the adjacent territory; preparation of forest management accounting documents; preparation of forest management passport, preparation of acts of forest management allocation, opening and closing, uploading relevant materials to the electronic system of forest management, and execution of territory acceptance and transfer acts; - Sending and receiving relevant correspondence and documentation related to forest management. - Communication with municipalities, the National Forestry Agency, the Adjara Forestry Agency, and other relevant bodies and organizations. - Inspection of performed logging works and execution of the act of acceptance and transfer of cut wood resources;

Requirements: - Higher education in forestry (desirable); - 1 year of work experience in the forestry sector; - Knowledge of Russian or English (desirable); - Knowledge of office programs Word, Excel, Outlook; - Driver's license. - Knowledge of the Forest Code of Georgia; - Knowledge of the Resolution No. 242 of August 20, 2010 of the Government of Georgia on the Approval of the Forest Management Procedure; - Knowledge of the Resolution No. 366 of December 24, 2013 of the Government of Georgia on the Rules of Protection of Electric Network Linear Facilities and Establishment of their Protection Zones
